The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

To remodel an existing 101,850 sq.ft. retail store per approved plans. Exterior work to include new entrance awning, installation of bollards, interior remodel of fitting rooms, check out aisles, and eating area including electrical, mechanical and plumbing work and miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinkled any alterations to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA 13 as regulated by Boise Fire. RMH
