Final fire sprinkler inspection will be rescheduled to coincide with tamper switch wiring completion , tamper switches on backflow and fire pump control valve were not in place. Tamper switches were installed while alarm inspection was happening but still need to be wired into the alarm system.

Per our conversations.
I believe the space at the top of the stair tower meets the intent of the code section below. The space above the stair tower can only be accessed when you climb the far stair tower, go across the roof and enter this space.
A sign shall be provided on the door, indicating the space cannot be occupied or be used for any type of storage. The space shall remain locked at all times. If at a later date the space is found to be in use, fire protection will immediately required.
8.15.1.2.1* Concealed spaces of noncombustible and limited combustible construction with minimal combustible loading
having no access shall not require sprinkler protection.
