The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(SENTRY MANAGEMENT- SUITE #150) Permit is to remodel existing 2,602 sq. ft. office space suite #150 and combining with adjacent 2,138 sq. ft. office tenant space suite #120 to make a total 4,778 sq. ft. tenant space, this permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls and construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create twelve new offices, a break room with sink and a new conference room, mechanical duct work, relocation of existing lighting fixtures, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
