(FIDELITY TITLE COMPANY – BANNER BANK BUILDING – 4TH STORY UNIT 420 – SOUTHWEST CORNER) The fire sprinkler system is used for high rise and for story increase. Permit is to add 420 sq. ft. from adjacent tenant space to the existing 1,920 square foot office tenant space on the 4th story of a high-rise building to make a total of 2,880 sq. ft. tenant space. Work is to include: removal of 5’ nonbearing wall, installation of interior Nordwall nonbearing partitions, 2 new doors, relocation of light fixtures, mechanical ductwork, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
