TVFP WILL REPLACE 6 HEADS IN THE AREA OF WORK TO QUICK RESPONSE. EXISTING LINES AND MAINS WILL STAY IN PLACE. THE NEW HEAD LAYOUT IS TO ACCOMMODATE THE REMODEL AND COMPLY WITH NFPA 13 STANDARDS. EXISTING EQ BRACING AND HANGERS WILL STAY IN PLACE.

ST. MARK’S PRESCHOOL – SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BUILDING) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. To convert two Church classrooms having a total floor area of about 853 square feet (603 square feet and 250 square feet) to a full-time functioning daycare/preschool within an existing Church. Children less than 2.5 years of age are not allowed to be cared for within the daycare/preschool area since neither of the rooms has a door that opens directly to the outside. Smoke detectors are required in rooms used for sleeping. A carbon monoxide detector is required within each childcare room. The number of children is limited by CUP14-00022 to 24 maximum. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 egress doors with panic hardware, and exit signs. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such system. **CJW**
