Interior remodel for new office tenant within a 5,700 sq. ft. space on the second floor of existing building. Work to include interior demolition work, new interior walls, new interior finish, suspended ceiling work, fire sprinkler work, fire alarm work, mechanical work, and electrical work.This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
