Structural: Redesign detailing for patio structure from foundation to new roof. Revise structural calculations and plans including Sheet S1.1 foundation and framing details and S1.2 structural details. Mechanical: Add a hose bib with backflow preventer for drip irrigation at exterior patio. Add a roof drain to new patio roof. Electrical: Revise exterior lighting at new roof patio to add (4) new can lights.
