The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of CPVC piping is being used with extended coverage residential sprinklers to protect a two level, four unit apartment building using NFPA 13R

Bldg N (14) -Type 3 (Elev 3, A-203): To construct a new 3,804 sq. ft., two story, Four unit, apartment building. Each unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 951 square feet. The 1st story units are required to be Type 'B' units. All units share a common path of egress into and through a 1/2-hour rated exit corridor with 20 minute fire-resistive, listed, labeled, self-closing door assemblies from the dwelling units into the corridor. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One hour fire-partitions and one hour horizontal assemblies are required between dwelling units. This building is required to be fire sprinklered.
