Relocate Existing Fire Sprinklers due to new ceiling layout

(TARGET STORE #1230 - STARBUCKS) Project scope is limited to renovate and existing food service footprint into a new Starbucks. Scope of work to include minor demolition as shown on approved plans. New equipment and mill work will be installed. A new partition wall and ceiling grid will also be installed. A new railing system between the existing store and the Starbucks will be installed. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical permits required for work shown on approved plans. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**ajs**
