(ARTISAN OPTICS – SUITE #150) Permit is to remodel existing 6,306 sq. ft. tenant space. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls and construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create two new rooms and reduce the existing mechanical room, mechanical duct work, relocate lighting fixtures, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
