Description	Installation of a new fire alarm control panel while maintaining the existing level of protection throughout the building.. Scope of work to include: The smoke detectors in all elevator lobbies and elevator mechanical room will be replaced; The relays controlling elevator recall function will be replaced; The water flow and tamper switches in the basement will be monitored by the new system; The existing heat detectors in the parking structure will be monitored by the new system; The existing notification devices(bells) will be powered by the new fire panel or nac panel; A New remote annunciator will be installed on the first floor; Existing pull station and smoke detectors will be monitored by the new system.
