Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, construction of new select interior nonbearing walls to create 3 new offices, waiting areas, ADA compliant reception area, break room with existing sink to remain, file/record area, relocating and adding light fixtures and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
