The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(HH & ASSOCIATES – SUITE 380) Permit to split an existing vanilla 5,967 sq. ft. 3rd floor space by reducing the vanilla space leaving 3,914 sq. ft. created under BLD15-03655 and creating a new 2,053 sq. ft. tenant space to be occupied by “HH & Associates”. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls and the construction of select interior nonbearing partition walls to create a new separated tenant space, a work room, a break room with new sink and a conference room, relocating existing light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
