**(WESTERN FLUIDS ENGINEERING – West Park Building “C”)** Permit is to remodel 3,585 sq. ft. tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of new select interior non-bearing walls to create two new offices, a partition between the open office area and the restroom, relocation of existing light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical ductwork and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
