Add 3 new pendent sprinklers to accommodate the over spacing that was created when some interior walls were removed.

**(CORPORATE IT SOLUTIONS – US BANK – suite 305)** Permit is to remodel 5,513 sq. ft. existing tenant space on the 3rd floor by separating 2,277 sq. ft. for new suite #305 tenant and leaving the existing suite #300 tenant space with 3,236 sq. ft. under BLD15-04197. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: Removal of select interior nonbearing walls to create an open office area, new counter with a sink and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
