Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.


(PRIMARY WEAPONS SYSTEMS) **Plan modification to include new interior nonbearing wall to create a new office (121 sq. ft. 11’x11’), remove a portion of wall to widen door opening for new double door. 11-25-2015 JG** Permit is to remodel an existing 60,903 sq. ft. building. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: installation of new chain link fence to separate loading dock areas, adding a roll up door to the mechanical equipment room, adding an acoustical tile drop ceiling, removing the existing mechanical equipment and boilers from the site and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
