The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(TAOS) Permit is to remodel an existing 4,612 sq. ft. vacant tenant space created under BLD10-00416. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of reception counter and millwork, construction of new select interior nonbearing walls to create one new office, a break room, two new ADA compliant restrooms, a server room, relocating existing light fixtures, new exhaust fans, new plumbing fixtures and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
