The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.
Note: Storage to be Class IV commodity per IFC. Storage of furniture up 12’, with or without plastics.
Note: Idle pallets to be stored per NFPA 13: 12.12.1.2 (4). No higher than 6’. No more than 4 stacks. The stacks to have at least 8’ clear space separation or 25’ of commodity spearation.
Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
