(BOISE CITY HALL – Building 2 - 3rd Floor Atrium) **Plan Modification to change location of door in new office. JG - 1/19/2016** Permit is to remodel an existing 1,242 sq. ft. office space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of double store front doors and replace with fixed custom store front windows, construction of select nonbearing walls to create 1 office with interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
