(DAPPER DOG) Permit to remodel an existing 1,082 sq. ft. tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, construction of new select interior nonbearing wall to create a lobby area and a grooming area, adding vertical grab bars in existing ADA accessible restroom, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
