The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a three level single family dwelling with a NFPA 13D system. The system is supplied by a 350 Gal tank and a 50 Gpm @ 50 Psi pump from a well. The tank will provide a 10 min water duration not including any refill rate from the well. The system has tented CPVC piping with extended coverage residential sprinklers. A one sprinkler room is spaced at 20’x20’. A multiple sprinkler room is spaced at 18’x18’

Permit for the construction of a new 3,624 sq. ft., two story (main level 2,822 sq. ft., upper level 198 sq. ft. and a finished basement 604 sq. ft. ) single family dwelling with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, approximately 117 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 831 sq. ft. attached garage per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations.
