Due to problems on the fire alarm system todays inspection was a walk through of the devices on the 4th and 3rd floors. I noted the need for as-builts due to added smoke detectors and the need for weather proof back boxes on the audio/visual devices installed in the restrooms with showers. Contractor did not have any of the small documents which included the data sheets and review notes.
