**(DHL)** Permit is to remodel an existing 14,379 sq. ft. warehouse tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: new construction of interior non-bearing wall to create a new 56 sq. ft. Comm. Security Room, adding new sink and cabinets at break room (note: plumbing in existing in wall), electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is not Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
