Resubmit plans (atleast contact plan review) showing all changes which include pump room device layout changes and communication set up that does not match plans, Provide secure box for Dialer transformer, Provide correct labels for the dedicated circuits for the FACP and Bell, Switch addresses for points 42 and 43, Repair strob in Breakroom, Verify Protecto wire temp, Verify compliance with approval notes 1 through 10 (It appears note #1 is not being met). Need to verify signals with written report as discussed. See the city approved plans for devices tested marked "ok"
