** (ORGANIC ORIGINS MASSAGE) ** Permit is to remodel an existing 1,800 sq. ft. tenant space.. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (7) massage treatment rooms, a foot massage area, hallway, a front lobby area, an office and an employee area, adding new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
