The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of existing apartment building. A new 6”x48’± C-900 underground with require fittings and necessary thrust blocks will supply a new 2 ½” riser. The piping will be run exposed utilizing various extended coverage sidewall sprinklers.

(GOOD SAMARITAN APARTMENTS II – Update Existing Senior Housing) Permit is to conduct a finishes update to each of the 50 existing units and other minor work. The applicant has proposed showing compliance with the 2012 IEBC “Work Area” provisions for an “Alteration Level – I”. Work to include: [demolition of existing cabinets, appliances, and plumbing fixtures], [installation of new cabinets, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC] and miscellaneous site work. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
