Met Rick on site to review panel location in the lobby. The panel is rather large so the owner is looking for acceptable placement options. I told Rick that it could be installed just inside the west hall of the 1st floor. This will be a bit more astecially pleasing but still obvious to responders. His other option is to install a remote annunciator in the lobby and relocated the fire alarm out of site. Any changes will require as built drawings.

Rick Groom came to the office to discuss the placement of the fire alarm panel in the lobby. He showed pictures that implied the fire alarm panel location may have to change due to lack of wall space. We agreed that if the panel needed to be relocated outside of the vicinity of the lobby / entry area that a remote annunciator would need to be added.
