G.C. DEMOED GRID CEILING & INSTALLED NEW HARD LID IN MENS RESTROOM EXPANSION. TVFP SHALL RELOCATE (1) SSP AND DEMO (1) SSP

**(TAOS - RESTROOM REMODEL)** Permit is to remodel Men’s and women’s restrooms and adding 108 sq. ft. to the men’s restroom within the 34,750 sq. ft. existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: Removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select door frame openings, remove two existing men’s restroom urinals and urinal partitions, removal of suspended ceiling in new men’s restroom area, construction of select wall opening infill, move women’s rest room to the existing men’s restroom and add two accessible height toilets, add partitions to new women’s toilets, adding (7) new urinals with partitions of which one will be an accessible height urinal and a ADA sink in the new men’s restroom area, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
