Todays inspection was for the sprinkler rough-in for the first and second floors. The rough-in passed on the first floor and the piping in the resident rooms can be covered. However pendant drops have not been installed to the soffits and drop ceilings yet so they will need a re-inspection prior to a complete cover inspection being given. As far as the second floor the basic rough-in passed but piping can not be covered due to tenting not being completed. Again a second inspection will be needed when the soffits and drop ceilings have been installed. I noted that in atleast one location additional fitting had to be added which requires the plans, per a note on the drawings, to be resubmitted for hydraulic calculation verification. Also the second floor plans indicate the balconies are open to above but they actually have partial roofs over them. I spoke to sam and he will follow up with plan review on a plan of action.
