The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.
Hydraulic Calculations were previously provided during the shell stage of this project based on OH 2. The new TI area is OHI and Light hazard. Since the new demand would be less than what was previously calculated, new hydraulic calculations were not provided.
(CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL - Unit 110) Permit for new assembly restaurant tenant within a 2,200 sq. ft. area of vacant shell space within an existing building (Shell building constructed under BLD15-02398). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include new interior nonbearing walls to create two ADA compliant restrooms, a kitchen area, a beverage area, an office, a warewashing area, a POS area and interior and exterior dining areas, new select suspended acoustical ceilings, new lighting fixtures, new RTU, MAU and exhaust fans, new mechanical ductwork, new Type I grease hood and duct system with 1-hr firewrap, kitchen equipment, a walk-in cooler, new plumbing work, new electrical work, new millwork, counters, tables, stools, chairs, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
