The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Permit to remodel existing tenant space into a new full service sit down restaurant tenant in a 4,108 sq. ft. space in existing building per approved plans. Special inspection required per 310 form. Work to include new structural canopy and structural design for new roof top mechanical units. The assumed structural elements shall be verified by the engineer prior to framing inspection. New floor plan layout with exterior patio seating per approved plans. The basement area of this tenant space will continued to be utilized as storage only with a walk-in cooler provided for the bar area above. The patio area will have a trellis installed over CCDC right of way. This addition has been approved by CCDC, see attached documents. A new 1-hour mechanical shaft will be installed as shown on the approved drawings. New plumbing, mechanical and electrical work shall be permitted. Interior finish shall meet IBC chapter 8. The plumbing fixtures for this tenant space are located in the core area of the building within the rated corridor system. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
