Plug 1 SSP & Relocate 1 SSP for remodel

** (MY HEARING CENTER – SUITE 110) ** Permit is to remodel an existing 1,068 sq. ft. vacant tenant space created under BLD11-02335. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of millwork in the break room, remove portion of suspended acoustic ceiling at restroom for new gypsum ceiling, construction of select interior nonbearing walls and wall infill to create a larger waiting area, a testing area, a larger restroom for accessible floor clearances, new light fixtures, electrical work, relocate mechanical ductwork and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
