The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Permit for tenant improvements on the first and second story in the office/administrative areas with work to include the removal and construction of interior nonbearing partition walls to create two counseling rooms, a testing area and a copier area and the installation of related interior finishes per the approved plans. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
