Partial final inspection for fire alarm system complete. All tamper switches and flow switches associated fire sprinkler have been inspected/passed. Sub-panel associated with building O reported to clubhouse fire panel with proper address identification for devices. Monitored heat tape will be installed at a later date to prevent fire sprinkler piping that crosses the breezeway on each level from freezing. Fire alarm permit can be finaled after freezing prevention has been installed/inspected and passed. A 60 dy TCO is authorized per conversation with Scott Arellano.

Derek Brewer of AAA caled to find out if a resubmittal was needed for them to add monitoring of sprinkler heat trace. I let him know this could be done on as built drawings since calculations and spacing would not need to be verified. When asked if the heat trace was listed for sprinkler he said no and that it was common plumbing heat trace. I informed him that it was not allowed and that we would check into it further.
