[BLD16-02009] - This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and has 60 foot yards on all sides for unlimited area. Permit to remodel approx. 3,500 sq. ft. of existing office space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Scope of work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (8) offices and an open work area, new light fixtures, electrical work, the mechanical system will remain and be modified to accommodate the new layout and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
