[BLD16-02278] - The sprinkler system used for area increase. Permit is to remodel an existing 7,275sq. ft. existing tenant space within an existing 19,120 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a new 64 sq. ft. server room, relocate door in existing restroom, wall in-fill at door opening, relocate door leading to office, (1) new light fixture, electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
