Final fire alarm inspection performed for new fire alarm panel and associated devices. All audio visual devices tested, tampers and flow from fire sprinkler system reported to fire panel. Tested pull station as well as smoke by FACP. All devices test satisfactorily but did not report out to monitoring service. Alarm signals need to be verfied by monitoring service before FIR permit can be finaled.

Troy Cobbley called to say the system in the building does not match what is shown on the plans. Numerous existing devices that were to be removed are still existing. Troy discussed the site status and lack of existing permit with Scott. Plans are to be issued with noted requirements and a requirement for as built drawings at completion. Any changes from the approved drawings and notes will require a plan modification submittal.
