The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. Sprinklers will be changed to quick response type.

[BLD16-01530] - Permit is to remodel an existing 2,400 sq. ft. 1st floor space area within a 36,625 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select wall for new door opening, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create an office and a dark room, furring out existing columns, new millwork, new suspended acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, new sinks, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
