This permit is for the underground portion 8"x52' of the new Beechcraft building to be submitted at a later date.

[BLD16-02176] - Permit to construct a new 52,500 square foot shell and core building. This building is fire sprinklered for unlimited area and utilizes ASHREA 90.1 vs. 2012 IECC. Scope of work includes: construction of poured concrete foundation, construction of reinforced concrete tilt-up exterior walls, construction of new steel bar-joist roof framing / steel pan deck, [construction of interior nonbearing walls to create a vanilla tenant area with: four offices, two accessible restrooms, open office area, server closet], new electrical, new plumbing, new mechanical, new interior / exterior finishes, new accessible doors / hardware, and related site work. NOTE: a separate permit is required prior to occupying this structure and a separate racking permit is required if racks are installed over 8 feet in height. This building is fully fire sprinklered for unlimited area. **TLW**
