The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of 2”x30’± polypipe to a 2” riser to protect a 6-unit apartment building. The apartments are townhouse style. The system has a 1 ½” FDC and extended coverage 20’x20’ sprinklers. The system is designed to comply with NFPA 13R.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

[BLD16-02426] - Bldg D Site 2: We wish to construct eleven buildings with four different building types on the site. Project will include site development.
