[BLD16-03715] - Permit is to remodel 1,630 sq. ft. vacant tenant space created under BLD15-01964. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior nonbearing walls to create a sales area, a break room and a hallway, new door/door frames, millwork, new accessible Hi/Low drinking fountain, adding vertical grab bar in the existing accessible restroom and relocate sink to make restroom accessible to the disabled, new acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, Plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
