Description	[Maverick Car Company] The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of a wet system protecting a one level building with a mezzanine. The mezzanine is Light hazard and the remainder of the building is OH 2. The 6” underground supplies a 3” backflow preventer and riser to a 2 ½” x2”x1 ½” grid. The mezzanine is a side feed design with 2 ½” main and telescoping branch lines. ? There is to be NO flammable finish operations without a complete new fire sprinkler review. The underground piping is under permit FIR16-00712 [BLD16-02889] – Permit for the construction of a new 6,119 Sq. Ft. 1 story with a 945 sq. ft. mezzanine, 5,530 grade level and 539 sq. ft. of covered parking building areas include office, showroom, exterior covered parking , and a car detailing shop with work to include site grading and utilities and the construction of a new steel building. this building is fully fire sprinklered to allow for the larger mezzanine and common path of travel of 100 feet. Rough-in passed for the most part. However I need verification on whether one or two screws are required for the side beam brackets, seismic calculations need to be resubmitted for the actual location of the bracing or install bracing as per plan, it appears that branchline restraints are required for nearly every branchline. Piping can be covered.
