Permit to remodel an existing office space on the S/W section of the 2nd floor. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Scope of work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (1) office, new door/door frame, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
