Fire sprinkler head in middle level east room by stairs needs to be relocated, fire sprinkler head is currently 24 inches off of the center of the ceiling fan. Fire sprinkler head located in the west bathroom will need to be changed to an intermediate temperature head, sprinkler head is closer than 24 inches to heat source. Provide documentation showing that the spray in foam insulation is compatible with CPVC. Sheetrock needs to be installed over the exposed CPVC in the small storage room off of the garage. Irriigation was not installed at time of inspection, need to verify that the irrigation water (Irrigation water is supplied from the domestic feed) supply shuts off when flow switch activates.

Hydrostatic test for overhead fire sprinkler piping complete. Rough to cover inspection for overhead fire sprinkler piping coplete, approved for cover. Insulation is going to be spray foam type to the bottom of the roof deck, tenting not required. If spray foam comes in contact with CPVC then documentation will be required to verify compatibility of spray foam with CPVC piping.
