[BLD16-04036] - Permit to improve an existing 1,752 sq. ft. vanilla finish space created and has an approved occupant load of 15 persons. This space was originally constructed under BLD14-01740. This space will be used as an office for Equitable and is located at the far west end of the 13,185 sq. ft. building. Work to include: installation of new interior non-loadbearing walls, which will be used for office space, conference rooms, and new restrooms. Interior finishes shall be in accordance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for size increase. **DAF**
