[BLD17-00277] - The fire sprinkler system is used for height and story increase. An early start was allowed under permit BLD17-00313. To construct interior tenant improvements within an existing shell space located on the 4th story of an existing building 5 story building. This story has never been occupied before. The tenant space will have a total floor area of about 15,407 square feet. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior doors, interior windows, gypsum board ceilings, suspended ceilings, cabinets, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
