INSTALL 43 NEW UPRIGHT HEADS TO PROVIDE SHELL PROTECTION DUE TO THE REMOVAL OF EXISTING WALLS AND CEILINGS.

[BLD17-00453] - The fire sprinkler system is used for building area and for story increase. To remove interior nonbearing and/or nonshear walls within an existing 5,165 square foot tenant space to return the space to a shell condition. The existing restrooms and some offices will be retained. Future tenant improvement work will be done under a separate permit. No new work is authorized under this permit. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant or for any portion of the building. The fire sprinkler system is required to be maintained operational and effective in compliance with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
