[BLD16-02938] - Permit is to remodel an existing 22,124 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (2) offices, acoustic suspended ceiling, relocate light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
