[BLD17-00216] - The fire sprinklers are used to substitute for 1 hr fire resistance rated construction. Accessible restrooms upgraded under BLD08-00379. This tenant space was split under BLD10-00078. Pingman Tool currently occupies suite 301 under BLD15-02329. This permit will expand the tenant space. Scope of work to include interior nonbearing partition walls to create new office layout per approved plans. New work to include nonbearing partition walls, new lighting, 2 new doors. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
