Each floor is gridded. The pipe sizes vary per floor. [BLD17-00583] 5 story wood framed 132-unit hotel building with the first story consisting of meeting, office, mechanical, storage, kitchen, pool and 4 sleeping rooms. The remaining four stories consist of sleeping rooms and associated accessory areas. All work per the approved plans and attached engineering. Installation plans do not match the city approved drawings, installation of fire sprinkler piping needs to match the city approved drawings, cover is not approved for requested area's (Partial corridor cover request on levels 3, 4 and 5). Insulation is installed in area's where cover has not been approved, any fire sprinkler piping that is covered before inspection is completed will have any and all cover material removed for a correct inspection to be performed.
